We didn't think the quality of the projects could get any better but the children and parents have stepped it up a level and produced some outstanding presentations: power points, posters, models and even film!

We have enjoyed our music lessons every Friday from a professional music specialist.  The 'Talk for Writing' poetry has continued to be a huge success.  The children have gained so many skills from it: Speaking and listening, new vocabulary. drama skills and they have all written their own poems.
On Thursday we had an assembly where the Y4 children shared their experiences form Kingswood with Y3 and they all received a certificate chosen by the staff for their skills and behaviour on the trip.  All of the Y3 chn expressed their keenness to take part in this fantastic trip next year.

Maths:

This week Y3 will continue with their work on fractions, adding and ordering them. Y4 will move onto decimal places and ordering decimals.

English:

The children will look at samples of persuasive language through various forms of media and begin to identify key features.

Topic:

We will continue to share topics projects and work on Monet in Art, looking at light and shade.

Have a great weekend and week ahead!
